SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to surgical dentistry, and can be used for prevention of postoperative complications in elective surgical dental patients suffering post-Covid syndrome. In the preoperative period, Fenocor is administered after breakfast and lunch in dose of 5.0 ml diluted in 25 ml of water, Taurine is used in capsules of 0.5 g 2 times a day with meals for 10 days before the planned intervention. One day after the surgical intervention, oral baths are used in the form of an isotonic saline solution containing 10 ml of 5% solution of the preparation Taurine and 10 ml of 1% solution of the preparation Fenocor, procedure duration is 3 minutes 3 times day for 2 weeks. Fenocor is taken orally in dose of 0.3 ml per 1 kg of body weight a day, Taurine – in dose of 1.5 g day for 14 days. Further, the preparation Fenocor is taken in dose of 0.1 ml per 1 kg of body weight, Taurine – in dose of 1 g day for 10 days.

EFFECT: invention provides effective prevention of postoperative complications in elective surgical dental patients suffering post-Covid syndrome.
