FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to cardiology and ultrasonic diagnostics, and can be used for treating pulmonary artery thromboembolism. Ultrasonic exposure is performed non-invasively by means of two ultrasonic sensors with a wave frequency of 20–40 kHz, which are placed on the patient's skin in a projection of the right and left pulmonary arteries. Ultrasonic exposure is carried out with wave-like antiphase change in intensity of one sensor relative to another with radiation power from 5 to 25 W/m2 with period of 5 minutes, for at least 60 minutes.
EFFECT: method provides higher clinical effectiveness in massive and submassive, without the need for invasive approach due to simultaneous combined effect of systemic thrombolytic therapy and ultrasonic action on thrombus.
