FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to medical rehabilitation in neurology, physiotherapy and balneology, health resort treatment, and can be used in rehabilitation of patients in the early recovery period after acute cerebrovascular accident (ACVA). A complex of physiotherapeutic actions is performed in course of 12 procedures. Complex includes classical therapeutic massage using differentiated techniques depending on spasticity or relaxation of extremity muscles by stroking, rubbing, kneading and squeezing, duration of procedure 30 minutes; exposure to infrared low-intensity laser radiation (IR LILR) with wavelength of 0.89 mcm using the "АЗОР-2К" apparatus, with the imposition of two matrix emitters in the projection of the area of the main vessels of the extremity with spastic muscles, with frequency of 80 Hz, pulse power 40 W, duration of procedure 5 minutes per each exposure area; conducting magnetic therapy on apparatus "Teslamed", pulse magnetic field with magnetic induction of 800 mT, in operating mode of apparatus "C", on muscles-antagonists of spastic muscles, total duration of procedure 15 minutes; robotic mechanotherapy on the apparatus with biofeedback with the possibility of active-passive movements of spastic muscles of the extremities – flexion, extension, abduction and adduction at a comfortable pace for the patient, duration of procedure is 15-20 minutes; exercise therapy to increase the range of motion in the joints of the extremities and their coordinating abilities; taking a general bath with a highly mineralized sodium chloride solution with concentration of 30-40 g/l, temperature of 35-37 °C, procedure duration is 12-15 minutes.
EFFECT: method allows to reduce spasticity of skeletal muscles of extremities in patients up to complete elimination, having suffered ACVA (ischemic or haemorrhagic genesis), of different age, with prevention of contractures development and elimination of recurrent spasticity.
