METHOD OF IMPROVING SEPARATION FROM FABRIC WHEN MAKING STRUCTURED SHEETS Russian patent published in 2024 - IPC D21F11/02

Abstract RU 2823238 C2

FIELD: paper.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of reducing adhesion between a thin paper web and the surface of a structured fabric in the technology of making sanitary-hygienic paper. Method comprises preparing a microemulsion containing a first hydrophobic agent selected from the group consisting of hydrophobically modified polyaminoamides, hydrophobically modified polyvinylamines and combinations thereof, and a second hydrophobic agent selected from the group consisting of mineral oils, vegetable oils, fatty acid esters, natural or synthetically obtained hydrocarbons, natural or synthetically obtained waxes, carnauba wax, hydrolysed AID (alkyl ketone dimers), homopolymers of ethylene, homopolymers of propylene, copolymers of ethylene with acrylic acid, copolymers of ethylene with maleic anhydride, copolymers of propylene with maleic anhydride, oxidised homopolymers of propylene, oxidised homopolymers of ethylene and combinations thereof, as well as at least one surfactant. Further, the microemulsion is applied on the surface of the structured fabric and the surface of the structured fabric is brought into contact with a thin paper web to obtain a thin paper web of a sanitary-hygienic article from thin paper.

EFFECT: invention improves separation of a thin paper web from the surface of a structured fabric on a carrier, due to a decrease in adhesion between the thin paper web and the surface of the structured fabric.
