FIELD: lighting.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to special lighting means used in aggressive environment conditions, namely to LED lamps with protection from aggressive media (ammonia, acetone, gasoline, moisture, temperature drops), which can be used to illuminate peasant farms (cowsheds, pig farms, poultry farms). Disclosed is a method of making a light-emitting diode lamp with protection against aggressive media, characterized by installation of a light-emitting diode board under a diffuser dome. At that, the board of the LED module is fixed on the metal base, the entire surface of the board and the soldering of its contacts are first primed, and then coated with protective layers: lower layer—silicone, and upper layer—compound. Also disclosed is a LED lamp obtained using the method described above, consisting of a metal-based LED board mounted inside a protective housing under a diffuser dome, which together with its soldering contacts, after application of the primer, is coated from above with a layer of silicone and a compound, where the latter is the upper layer.
EFFECT: improved protection of electronic components of the luminaire against aggressive media.
