FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: in the integrated unit for LED illuminator and method of its manufacturing current-carrying circuit is made as metal conductors fixed adhesively at dielectric layer, which material possesses thermal expansion coefficient equal to the value of aluminium alloy with accuracy of more or less 10%, the dielectric layer is applied to the body directly and fixed adhesively to it while the LED is fixed with its heat removing output to the body by soldering. At that low-temperature glass-containing paste without lead and cadmium is used as dielectric paste and low-temperature silver-based paste without lead is used as conductor paste.
EFFECT: improved efficiency of heat removal from LEDs, improved resistance of the unit to impact and vibration load, operational reliability at heating up to high temperature, reduced energy and material consumption of production process, excluded harmful wastes and evaporation intrinsic to classic thick-film technology.
