FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical signal processing, particularly to diagnostics of cardiovascular diseases using models of neural networks. Disclosed is electrocardiography (ECG) signals processing and analysing method, which comprises the following steps: receiving an ECG signal for the purpose of pre-processing in the form of resampling of signal to 500 Hz and normalizing the amplitude to values of [0, 1]; elimination of noise and interference on the ECG signal using a band-pass filter with a finite impulse response; detection of key components of ECG, such as R-peaks, using several heuristic methods; detailed analysis of the ECG signal to detect and correct other ECG waves, the following characteristics are extracted: intervals between the teeth and their amplitudes; calculation of additional statistical parameters; generation of input vectors for a neural network: first vector with initial filtered ECG of size 12×5000, second vector consisting of calculated 94 features; sending input vectors to neural network inputs and its training.
EFFECT: development of a method for processing and analysing electrocardiogram (ECG) data, which considerably increases accuracy of automatic analysis of various ECG pathologies.
