FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to dentistry, and can be used in determining the colour of single ceramic restorations for restoration of anterior teeth with discoloration after endodontic treatment. CBCT is performed to rule out periodontal pathology and assess the previous endodontic treatment. Primary scanning of dental arches is performed to create digital Wax-up, Wax-up fitting and Mock-up shape matching, preparation of tooth tissues at least 0.8 mm in cervical area. Optical digital impression is taken. Colour is determined using filters and grey card Elab Prime. Method then includes determining the prescription and proportions of materials for the dental technician in the Elab Prime program. Temporary restorations are made by a direct method, and the permanent restorations are fitted, the restorations are fixed using a rubber dam system according to the protocol for the materials used, and X-ray control is performed to assess the adherence of the fixed restoration.

EFFECT: by using software based on grey card and artificial intelligence, method enables to accurately determine colour of single ceramic restorations for restoration of teeth of anterior group with colour change after endodontic treatment.
