FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to dentistry and can be used for restoration of vital teeth of anterior group with discoloration. Cone-beam computed tomography is performed, then periodontium and previous treatment are assessed by means of Diagnocat program. After one day, primary scanning of dental arches is performed to create digital Wax-up. After 7 days, the tooth model is fitted and matched; then, tooth tissues are prepared in region of 0.3 mm in the cervical region, 0.5 mm in the middle one-third and 1.5 mm along the cutting edge with opening the contact points. After the preparation, the tooth is retracted by the method of two threads and an optical digital impression is taken. Digital impression is taken by creating three projects. In the first project, scanning the upper jaw, scanning the lower jaw, scanning the occlusion from one and the other side, in the second project only the prepared teeth are scanned, in the third project in the upper jaw scanning window the occlusion is scanned from one side, and in the lower jaw scanning window the occlusion is scanned from the other side. Then, the colour of the adjacent teeth is determined using filters and an Elab Prime grey card. Colour of the stump prepared for the restoration is determined with the help of filters and an Elab Prime grey card. Further, the prescription and proportions of materials for the dental technician are determined in the Elab Prime program. Temporary restorations are made by a direct method through a transparent silicone Wax-up key. Key is cut at the tips of the gingival papillae. Further, temporary restorations are made using bis-acrylic plastic without adhesive preparation. Gingival portion is modified with a packaged nanocomposite and polymerised. Further, temporary restorations are polished, then permanent restorations are made and fitted. At first, permanent restorations are fitted without a try-in gel, after which a try-in gel is used. Then permanent restorations are fixed using rubber dam system. After fixation of permanent restorations, X-ray control is performed to assess their adherence.
EFFECT: method provides more effective restoration of vital teeth of the anterior group with colour change with accurate determination of the colour of ceramic restorations due to the developed procedure.
