FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, particularly to dentistry, and can be used for simultaneous endodontic treatment and tooth restoration. Intraoral dental scanning and computed tomography are performed. By combining the obtained data, virtual models of the decayed tooth stump and an artificial crown placed on top of the virtual stump are obtained. An individual navigation tooth template is made with a size overlapping the equators of the adjacent teeth, with a cavity in the projection of the virtually modelled prepared tooth between the hard tissues of the tooth and the inner border of the navigation template, wherein the cavity is made corresponding to the shape and volume of the prepared tooth stump. In the navigation template, a canal is made in a projection of one of the canals of the decayed tooth. A model of the template is obtained by 3D printing from a transparent photopolymer and fitted in the oral cavity. Through the canal in the navigation template, a root canal is prepared and a tooth stump is restored, for which a root canal is prepared with a dental cutter to a programmed depth, and a fibreglass post is fixed by immersing it below the level of the navigation tooth template. Further, a fluid light-cured composite is introduced through the canal in the navigation tooth template, by means of which the stump is restored, and then a ceramic crown made by computer-aided milling according to a previously modelled virtual prototype is fixed.

EFFECT: one-step programmed preparation of a root canal and restoration of a tooth stump is achieved.
