FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to surgery, and can be used in surgical treatment of pyloroduodenal stenosis of various aetiologies. Transverse colon together with the greater omentum is lifted upwards. In the non-vascular zone, a greater omentum is separated from the transverse colon, and a window is formed near the greater curvature of the stomach, through which a loop of the small intestine is delivered in an isoperistaltic direction to the anterior wall of stomach at 30–40 cm from the Treitz ligament. Stomach and intestine walls are sutured with serous-muscular sutures and, having retreated from the suture line, the intestinal and gastric walls are dissected and stitched together with a continuous overlap suture, forming a posterior lip of the anastomosis, and an anterior lip by a screw-in furrier suture, on which a second row of interrupted serous-muscular sutures is applied. Window in the greater omentum is sutured to the stomach above the formed anastomosis, and at distance of 20–30 cm from the gastroenteroanastomosis, a Brown intestinal anastomosis is applied with double-row sutures. Greater omentum is straightened and placed in front of the anastomosis and intestinal loops.

EFFECT: method eliminates risk of gastroenteroanastomosis obstruction, large intestine obstruction and internal entrapment of greater omentum and small intestine.
