FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to oncosurgery and can be used for treatment of stenosis complicated nonresectable gastric outlet cancer. Substance of the method consists in laparotomy, inspection of the abdominal cavity, formation of a gastroenteral bypass between the anterior abdominal wall and jejunum, the formation of enteroenteroanastomosis. The gastroenteral bypass is formed below the mesentery of transverse part of colon. That is ensured by the dissection of the gastrocolic ligament through 10-12 cm at 2-3 cm from an edge of the greater curvature of stomach, the dissection of the mesentery of transverse part of colon in a sagittal direction in an intervascular area through 10-12 cm and through the openings generated in the gastrocolic ligament and mesentery of transverse part of colon; a gastric site is delivered below the mesentery of transverse part of colon. The wall of stomach is fixed with interrupted sutures to the edges of the generated opening in the mesentery of transverse part of colon. Then the gastroenteral bypass is formed between the jejunum and anterior wall of stomach with applying the enteroenteroanastomosis. Thereafter, a spur is formed of the wall of stomach by applying 4-5 interrupted sutures on the anterior wall of stomach within the lesser curvature. Then the wall of a stomach is fixed to the gastrocolic ligament on the periphery of the opening with interrupted sutures.

EFFECT: use of the given invention allows improving reliability of the gastroenteral bypass in the patients with a short mesentery by eliminating the mesentery tension.
