SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment. Y-shaped connecting line is made in the form of a Y-shaped tubular main T-joint with interconnected main branch pipes at the ends. Branch pipes of the Y-shaped tubular main T-joint are connected to the ends of the main pipes, on which at least one clamp is installed. At the other end of one of the main tubes there is a port with a female adapter. At the ends of other main tubes there are connectors with pin adapters. Two of the main tubes are configured to be connected to catheter ports or puncture needles in two vascular access points. One of the main tubes is configured to be connected to the extracorporeal circuit.
EFFECT: expansion of operational capabilities due to combination of several approaches into a single flow and reduction of emergency situations for patients.
