SUBSTANCE: invention relates to graphic and electronic personalization of flat data carriers, to personalization of ID-cards. Device for double-sided personalization of flat information carriers, having a personalization zone with a first personalization device, comprises a rotary desktop, intended for installation on it of a flat data medium with possibility of processing its opposite surfaces in the personalization zone by the first device, as well as the second personalization device, made in the form of an antenna unit installed with possibility of electronic personalization of a flat information carrier. Working table is made movable with the possibility of moving and turning the flat carrier outside the personalization zone for subsequent processing of the opposite side of the carrier by the first device. Personalization devices are located on opposite processed sides of the flat information carrier when it is placed in the personalization zone, wherein the antenna unit is located as close as possible, up to touching, to the flat data carrier.
