FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to basic research in the field of biomedical technologies and can be used to simulate an inflammatory response in mice. Mice are immunized with an oligonucleotide construct based on SB sequences: 5'-CCCCCGGGGGAACACAGGCAGGCAGGCAGGACCCCC CGGGGGAACGCCAACGCC-3'; BB: 5'-CCCCCGGGGGCCCCAGGGA GACCAAAAGCACCAGCCCCCGGGGGAACGCCAACGCC-3', obtained by synthesis of antisense sequences of oligonucleotides. On the first day, the first immunization of mice is carried out, the second immunization of mice is carried out on 14th day with the concentration of oligonucleotide structure 17–117 ng/mcl and molecular weight from 15,000 to 20,000 g/mol.
EFFECT: method provides creation of new, safe and effective platforms for production of vaccines capable of flexible change and adaptation to new subtypes of RNA viruses by immunizing mice with an oligonucleotide construct based on sequences obtained by synthesis of antisense oligonucleotide sequences.
