SUBSTANCE: disclosed is a method for creating a recombinant strain of enterococcus L3-SARSN1 based on a biologically active strain of E. faecium L3, characterized by the fact that enterococci Enterococcus faecium L3 culture is electroporated with recombinant plasmid DNA pentF-sarsN1, having SEQ ID No: 1, and enterococcus L3-SARSN1 clone is selected, expressing protein having the amino acid sequence SEQ ID No: 2, stimulating humoral and secretory immune response to nucleocapsid protein N of coronavirus SARS-Cov-2. Also disclosed is a recombinant plasmid pentF-sarsN1 having a nucleotide sequence SEQ ID No: 1, intended for production of enterococcus clone L3-SARSN1, expressing protein, having amino acid sequence SEQ ID No: 2, stimulating humoral and secretory immune response to nucleocapsid protein N of coronavirus SARS-Cov-2.
EFFECT: invention provides effective production of a live vaccine candidate against coronavirus infection.
