FIELD: power engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of environmentally friendly energy sources, allowing to generate electric power in electrochemical generator on hydrogen fuel cells in hydrogen power engineering, can be used for hydrogen generators for industrial production, for stationary, self-contained and mobile power plants. Described is a device for extracting hydrogen from a liquid organic carrier, which units are connected by pipeline lines, consisting of a reservoir with a liquid organic carrier saturated with hydrogen, connected through a liquid organic carrier flow rate control unit with a liquid organic carrier degrader, with a tank with a depleted liquid organic carrier without hydrogen and an outlet hydrogen line connected to fuel cells, wherein the device comprises: cylinder with inert gas, installed with possibility of extrusion of liquid organic carrier saturated with hydrogen from reservoir, and connected to reservoir through inert gas pressure control and maintenance unit; wherein the liquid organic carrier tank is equipped with a sensor for monitoring the minimum level of the liquid organic carrier; liquid organic carrier enters the dehydrator through a recuperator with a closed circuit, in a constant speed mode, pre-heated by a vapor-gas mixture of reaction products leaving the dehydrator; recuperator outlet is connected via separation unit with tank with depleted organic carrier without hydrogen, and outlet hydrogen line connected with fuel elements via filter unit.

EFFECT: reduced power consumption of the device for extracting hydrogen from a liquid organic carrier, as well as possibility of device operation continuously in mode of constant rate of organic carrier supply without use of pump and with recuperator for initial organic carrier preheating.
