SUBSTANCE: invention relates to an in-line system for molding pelmeni-type products. In-line system for molding pelmeni-type products includes a device for cutting pelmeni-type casings, lower folding device for molding pelmeni-type products, located below the cutting device, on which cut pelmeni-type casings are laid, and which presses and folds pelmeni-type casings with filling, and a compacting device located above the lower folding device for molding products, which compresses and seals the folded pelmeni-type casings.
EFFECT: use of the invention will make it possible to improve the quality of the finished product.
