SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a device for application of coatings and cleaning from dirt of industrial objects, solar battery panels, irrigation and treatment of fields. Device includes mobile ground device with reservoir for liquid and bulk components, pump and electric station, pneumatic system and cable. Mobile ground device is connected by this cable to an air device in the form of an airship with a distribution system of liquid and bulk components of a lattice type, which is suspended to the airship through a winch device. Besides, this cable consists of electric wire, hose for supply of liquid components, pneumatic hose for bulk components and sensor of its permissible tension to the devices which it connects.
EFFECT: expansion of functions of the device and its operation in agriculture considerably increase its demand in industry.
