FIELD: medicine; biology.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to experimental biology, medicine and pharmacology and can be used for Doppler analysis of antiangiogenic action in a chicken embryo model. 6-day embryos of chickens are selected and eggs with embryos are disinfected. Then a place of vascularization of the chorioallantoic membrane is selected and a part of eggshell is cut out above it. Excess protein is removed by providing access to the vessels, and lignin discs impregnated with the analysed cytostatic solution are placed. Exposure is carried out for 24 hours. Then, ultrasound gel is applied on the application site and at angle of 60° to arterioles, a sensor with frequency of 20–25 MHz is placed. Quantitative analysis of Doppler images and visual assessment of vasculature on the surface of the chorioallantoic membrane of the egg are used to assess the antiangiogenic action of the cytostatic in a chicken embryo model.

EFFECT: method makes it possible to increase information value, rapidness and possibility of studying the process in time by eliminating the need to extract, fix and count the vessels in the chorioallantoic membrane of the chick embryo.
