SUBSTANCE: method for assessing the process of formation of a vascular network on the chorioallantoic membrane of a chicken embryo, to study the possibility of using biopolymer materials in the field of tissue engineering and regenerative medicine, the method including the selection of fertilized chicken eggs, incubation with rotation for 72 hours at a temperature of 37.5°C, by removing a section of the shell and placing a sterile scaffold of chitosan fibers containing superparamagnetic iron oxide nanoparticles on the relieved chorioallantoic membrane, after which the eggs are re-incubated without rotation under conditions of a static magnetic field, after which the surface of the chorioallantoic membrane in the area of contact with the test sample is photographed and perform vascular network density analysis using ImageJ software.
EFFECT: reducing the time of studying the vascularization process occurring in the presence of the matrices under study, due to the combination of the action of a static magnetic field of moderate intensity with superparamagnetic iron oxide nanoparticles introduced into the scaffold.
