FIELD: automotive industry.
SUBSTANCE: proposed heating module is made in the form of a complex combined with an electric network and including power unit 1 consisting of removable coupling 2 of a round section with flange ends 3, heating radiator 4, cooling radiator 5, thermoelectric Peltier elements 6, fixed with an adhesive composition in two rows on the heating pad of heating radiator 4. Power unit 1 is mounted instead of exhaust pipe section of vehicle silencer. Complex includes voltage converter 8, traction alkaline battery 9, controller with timer 10, three electric heating elements 11 with an external heat-insulating layer, one of which is fixed on block of cylinders 12 of the internal combustion engine, the other one – on reservoir with working fluid 13 for additional vehicle assemblies, the third one – on body of fuel filter 14. Heating radiator 4 with Peltier elements 6 is installed in detachable coupling 2, cooling radiator 5 is attached to heating radiator 4 and the whole structure is bolted together.
EFFECT: device is intended for stable starting of internal combustion engines (ICE), as well as heating and maintaining optimum temperature of working fluids at low ambient temperatures; device also makes it possible to replenish consumed electric energy due to radiated thermal energy from ICE exhaust gases.
