FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture and can be used in sprinklers of sprinkling machines. Sprinkler head includes a housing with a through hole, an insert-nozzle having a part in the form of a truncated cone with a larger diameter at the inlet and a smaller diameter at the outlet, changing into the cylindrical part of the nozzle, a splitter and a bracket, wherein the housing of the sprinkler is equipped with a movable insert-nozzle with a longitudinal cylindrical channel, the inlet part of which is made with an internal thread, in which a replaceable Laval nozzle is screwed, forming an annular gap with the walls of the insert-nozzle, interconnected with the inlet air-conducting radial through holes, at least three, which are combined with through radial holes in the walls of the housing, respectively, and are installed so that the air flow is introduced into the spray cone of the cylindrical part of the movable insert-nozzle, which is directed towards the splitter in the form of a reactive impeller for supply of a directed gas-liquid jet of water. Reactive impeller is made with stainless metal bushing from brass or bronze, which is located in the centre of reactive impeller with guide rod installed in it coaxially. Reactive impeller is made from galvanized steel and from a bunch of bent plates attached as a whole with a metal bushing, overlapping each other and made with an inclined-convex surface in the horizontal and vertical planes, U-shaped bracket consists of a vertical side plank and a horizontal flat plank in the upper part, and the latter is made in the form of a flat plate with a longitudinal slot and with a guide rod installed in it with upper end with the possibility of movement along the U-shaped bracket upper lock nut thread, and from below the guide rod is fixed by limiting nuts and lock nuts, respectively. On the threaded part of the guide rod, the bushing is equipped from above and from below with a fluoroplastic gasket. Bundle of bent plates of impeller from galvanized steel during rotation and introduction of their ends into jet of sprinkler head provides permissible reduction of value of their radius of action by a value equal to 0.3–0.5 of diameter of cylindrical part of insert-nozzle, which is made with length of at least four diameters of the jet (d), and the radial holes are equal to 0.2d at distance of 0.5d from the end of the expanding Laval nozzle with the outgoing flow jet to the edge of the outlet hole of the insert-nozzle.
EFFECT: simplifying the modular design of the sprinkler head, increasing reliability and durability, obtaining fine rain for uniform watering.
