SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for mounting external fixation devices. Device for mounting external fixation devices is a nozzle from the rubber part of piston of 20 mm disposable syringe, in which the rubber part of the piston has a recess in the middle, which corresponds to the outer diameter of the nut and the threaded coupling for holding the nut and the threaded coupling. Device is made with possibility of mounting on threaded rods, Schanz pins, bolts, wire fixators and brackets with bolt shank and with possibility of giving perpendicular position of nut and threaded coupling to axis of threaded rod, Schanz pin, bolt, spoke fixator and bracket with bolt shank.
EFFECT: higher quality of extrafocal osteosynthesis with application of external fixation apparatus and creation of optimal conditions for higher clinical effectiveness in patients.
