FIELD: medical equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a device for primary stabilization of pelvic fractures. Device consists of Schanz pins and two 235 mm beams, a bolt, nuts, a threaded rod, brackets of washers from the Ilizarov apparatus. Two 235 mm beams have holes for connection and fixation with a bolt in the form of a lever of the second kind with a nut to change the angle between beams from 100 to 160 degrees. Two 235 mm beams have holes for brackets. Brackets comprise holes of brackets for installation in holes of brackets of brackets made with possibility of fixation of Schanz pins, made with possibility of introduction into each of both halves of pelvis in wings of iliac bones. Peripheral ends of 235 mm beams are connected by a threaded bar connected to brackets, nuts and a washer, with the possibility of changing the distance between the peripheral ends of 235 mm bars from 310 to 370 mm for the convergence and divergence of the pelvic bones by twisting the nuts on the threaded bar. Washer is made with thickness equal to half the beam thickness on one of two brackets connecting two 235 mm beams. Device for primary stabilization of pelvic fractures is made with possibility of folding and has weight 395–400 g.

EFFECT: higher clinical effectiveness in patients with unstable pelvic fractures in acute period of traumatic disease.
