FIELD: railway transport.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of railway transport, in particular to the anti-roll bars of the bodies of railway cars. The stabilizer contains a torsion shaft, left and right levers, left and right rods. The levers are made with the possibility of installation on the end of the torsion shaft. The rods are connected to the car and to the levers by means of ball joints. The ball pin is made with end sections of an opposite symmetrical design with seating surfaces and holes for bolts. The ball pin is connected to the forked end of the lever. Semi-cylindrical bores are made in the bifurcated end of the lever. Their generators are parallel to the axis of the hub hole. At the bottom of the bores, threaded holes are made, and the longitudinal axis of the holes extends from the center of the bore radially to the axis of the hole in the hub. In the assembled stabilizer, the ball joint is installed by the end sections of the ball pin or the ball axle in the bores of the lever with a snug fit of the semi-cylindrical seating surfaces. The hinge is attached with an interference fit to the forked end of the lever with a pair of bolts.
EFFECT: invention increases the durability of the stabilizer.
