Diffuser (20) for steam stick (10) for milk foaming for beverage preparation, wherein diffuser (20) is made with possibility of connection with steam rod (10), which receives steam from steam reservoir and/or steam generator, diffuser (20) comprises longitudinal axis (22) and multiple steam outlet holes (21), each of which has axis (23), wherein at least one outlet hole (21) has its axis (23), which is offset relative to longitudinal axis (22) of diffuser (20), wherein diffuser (20) comprises longitudinal opening (24) including thread-free portion (243) with a first constant diameter and comprising lower part (244) having a diameter greater than the first diameter, and wherein steam outlet openings (21) are communicated with longitudinal opening (24) in lower part (244), and inclination angle (A) of axis (23) of each of outlet holes (21) relative to plane perpendicular to longitudinal axis (22) of diffuser is between 20° and 45°.

EFFECT: preventing accidental ingress of steam jet on user, at the same time assembly operation becomes simpler and more repeatable, better control of mixture temperature is added, taking into account high heat input in forced convection mode.
