SUBSTANCE: disclosed is an assembly unit for measuring temperature of a milk foaming device. Assembly includes: a temperature sensor element and a resilient supporting element, comprising a temperature sensor element, and also displaces it in the direction of thermal contact with the lower part of the reservoir; wherein the assembly unit is located in the direction of the end of the protruding portion, which protrudes from the body of the milk foaming device; and the upper surface of the temperature measurement sensor assembly is configured to facilitate the movement of the liquid into the moisture-collecting tray reservoir. Device may include: a steam source; an air source connected to the air introduction module for mixing air and steam; user interface for receiving input commands from a user; wherein the device can be configured by receiving input parameters through the user interface, and parameters include final milk temperature and indication of foaming value.
EFFECT: improved device and method for milk foaming are proposed.
