SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a device for foaming milk in a coffee preparation machine. Mounting assembly 1020 of temperature sensor of milk foaming device includes element 1022 of temperature sensor and elastic supporting element 1024, which displaces element 1022 of temperature sensor in direction of thermal contact with lower part of reservoir, at that elastic support element 1024 forms seal, and temperature sensor element 1022 is additionally connected to processor module, which receives temperature signal and controls steam generation module. Device can be configured by input parameters reception through user interface, and parameters include final temperature of milk and indication of foaming value.
EFFECT: disclosed is mounting assembly of temperature sensor of milk foaming device.
