FIELD: various technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for gasification of solid fuels. Method is characterized by the fact that the crushed gasified raw material enters the raw material receiving hopper, and from it moves through the heated channels until the slag is unloaded, wherein the heat supply to the gasified raw material into the gasification zone is carried out by feeding of gasifying agent heated to temperature of 600–1,100 °C into this raw material, as well as by heat transfer from heat carrier to gasified raw material through walls of heated channels, wherein fuel combustion products (flue gas) are used as heat carrier for heating of gasifying agent and walls of heated channels, which are obtained by burning fuel on a flameless burner with a system for maintaining the adiabatic combustion temperature of the fuel no higher than 1,200 °C, and the output of the gas and slag obtained during the gasification process from the heated channels is carried out at a temperature not higher than 1,100 °C separately – the obtained gas in the received gas receiving chamber, and slag in the slag unloading chamber. EFFECT: proposed method is highly efficient, environmentally friendly and energy-saving.
