FIELD: medical equipment.
SUBSTANCE: disclosed group of inventions relates to mechanical transmission assemblies for a manipulator arm. Manipulator arm pulley comprises: wheel-shaped part, the latter comprises two end surfaces arranged opposite each other and side surface connecting the two end surfaces. Side surface includes a face of the main arc and a face of a branch arc. Face of the branching arc is characterized by the presence of a front end connected to the face of the main arc, and a rear end configured to connect a belt. In axial direction of wheel-shaped part face of branching arc is characterized by width, which is less than width of face of main arc. Branching arc face and the main arc face form a continuous arched surface made for the belt movement; and a projecting part attached to the wheel-shaped part. Projecting part is located in a position adjoining the face of the branching arc along the width of the facet of the main arc, and extends beyond the facet of the branched arc in the radial direction of the wheel-shaped part. Projecting part is made with the possibility of connection of the pulley with the working member of the manipulator arm. Each of the left and right sides of the pulley contains a face of a branching arc and a protruding part, which is located between the face of the main arc and the face of the branched arc in the circumferential direction. Manipulator arm includes working member and pulley connected to working member through projecting part.
EFFECT: creation of a pulley and a manipulator arm containing a pulley, intended for elimination of contradiction between minimization of thickness and maximum increase of strength of connection between working member and mechanical arm-manipulator, respectively to ensure small thickness and high strength.
