FIELD: extraction of natural gas.
SUBSTANCE: method for determining the offshoots location for the existing well stock or for the construction of new production wells, taking into account the energy state of massive bottom water-drive gas reservoirs, includes performing calculations of gas reserves, determination of residual gas saturation coefficient and measurement of formation pressure by wells. Further, geophysical surveys of wells are carried out to determine the current gas-water contact, a map of the current gas-water contact is plotted based on the well measurements, determining volumes of gas-saturated and flooded parts of the deposit, as well as constructing a map of current effective gas-saturated thicknesses based on a three-dimensional geological model and a current map of gas-water contact. After that, the current contour of gas content is specified, accumulated gas production for the deposit is determined, current geological reserves of gas in the deposit are determined. Further, setting the permissible error of the current geological gas reserves when constructing the isobar map, performing the isobar map construction within the boundaries of the deposit area by the kriging method, gas reserves are calculated in gas-saturated and watered parts of the deposit taking into account a certain residual gas saturation coefficient. When the required accuracy of calculating gas reserves is achieved, a map of isobars and a map of current geological gas reserves are formed, development indicators and energy characteristics are calculated both for the deposit as a whole and for individual sections. Further, determining distribution of current geological reserves based on map of isobars, plan of geological and technical measures on wells is carried out taking into account the obtained data on distribution of gas reserves over the area of the deposit and energy characteristics of productive deposits and determining location of shafts for existing wells or construction of new production wells taking into account distribution of gas reserves.
EFFECT: higher reliability of forecasting of gas production levels, higher efficiency of geological and technological measures for wells in conditions of decreasing resource and energy potential of deposit and progressive rise of gas-water contact.
