FIELD: physics.

SUBSTANCE: software and hardware system of the present invention enables to bypass the limitations associated with the differences between the Chinese and European standards, which prevent the use of transceiver microcircuits of Chinese production in the European standard EPAS in particular, differences in the transceiver wake-up signal generation (WakeUp signal), as well as differences in the transponder response signal generation method and its structure. Also, the present technical solution allows an operator in points of retail sale and service of transponders to change attributes of the information memory unit of the transponder, which in transponders known from the prior art can be changed only during factory production. Present technical solution also implements informing the user about the low charge of the battery for timely replacement of the transponder or the battery, and the transponder has a high-reliability design.

EFFECT: present invention is a transponder which implements a technical solution which solves several technical problems which are currently not solved by transponders known from the state of the art.
