SUBSTANCE: invention relates to an antenna panel of a vehicle for operation of a toll system. Vehicle antenna panel for a road toll charging system includes a panel, a first receiver for receiving a first signal from a transmitter, a signal converter for converting a first signal to a second signal and for converting a third signal to a fourth signal, a second transmitter for transmitting a second signal to a mobile radio communication device, a second receiver for receiving a third signal from a mobile radio communication device, a first transmitter for transmitting a fourth signal to a charging point receiver. System for payment of road charges includes an antenna panel, a transmitter, a receiver and a mobile radio communication device, wherein the mobile radio communication device transmits as a third signal a signal ʺpaidʺ to second receiver, when payment process was performed.

EFFECT: instant payment is achieved at different charging points.
