SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to means for placing and carrying a mobile communication device, for example a mobile telephone, a smart phone, etc. Means for carrying a mobile communication device comprising a camera on the body of a user, including a pocket for accommodating a mobile communication device, comprising a front wall facing away from the user’s body and a rear wall facing the user’s body, wherein at least an upper part of the front wall of the pocket and/or the upper wall of the pocket is transparent, and in the pocket there is a means for setting the angle of inclination of the mobile communication device when it is placed in the pocket so that the face of the user of the bag falls into the angle of view of the camera of the mobile communication device through the transparent part of the pocket.
EFFECT: broader functional capabilities of the device for carrying a mobile communication device, high user safety and improved usability of the mobile communication device.
