FIELD: mobile advertising.
SUBSTANCE: network system for distributing information material to carriers of means for displaying said material (backpacks, satchels, briefcases or suitcases, etc.) comprises user-portable means of displaying video information and advertising material, each of which is a personal user-worn object, equipped with a multimedia device, containing on the face wall of the personal use object a display which is electrically connected to a processor unit with a power supply unit arranged inside the personal use item and configured to be connected to an external source of providing video information and advertising material. For each video display device and advertising material carried by users, the system is equipped with a mobile communication device, made with possibility to transmit signal in wireless communication mode made with signal reception unit to processor unit and with possibility to receive signals from server of video data processor center and advertising material for demonstration thereof on display of user-wearable demonstration means. Each mobile communication device has a hardware GSM module with SIM function support. Server of video and video presentation providing center is provided with function of personal registration of user of portable video presentation and advertising material, telephone number of its mobile communication device and user's current account number with assignment to it of unique identification number for access to specified server and connecting via an application in its mobile communication device to traffic of information material indicating the time of demonstration of the obtained information material in the mode of the user constant movement or in the user movement mode with short-term stops or in the stationary location mode.
EFFECT: server is configured to implement a user location control function or movement thereof by the telephone number of its mobile communication device and remuneration transfer to current account number of user or telephone number attached to this account upon expiration of user's specified time of demonstration of obtained information material.
