FIELD: weapons and ammunition.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to weapons, namely, to artillery shells. Includes cylindrical housing, fairing, projectile, inductance coil, capacitor. Additionally piezo-generator is introduced, located in housing. Housing is made of electrically insulating material with outer metal coating and equipped with fairing made of radiotransparent material. In housing sleeve is introduced arranged coaxially with possibility of movement inside housing. Sleeve front edge is coated with electrically insulating material. Sleeve inner diameter is greater than or equal to diameter of projectile with electrically insulating coating. Sleeve outer diameter is smaller than or equal to housing inner diameter. Housing has circular ledge to limit sleeve axial movement towards fairing. Sleeve has projectile arranged with possibility of axial displacement. Inductance coil is made without insulation and coiled into ring in form of toroid, located between housing annular projection and sleeve front edge. Toroid inner diameter is greater than or equal to projectile diameter passing through it. Toroid outer diameter is smaller than or equal to housing inner diameter. Piezo-generator is connected to inductance coil via capacitor by means of conductors. Between housing bottom and sleeve conductive ring is embedded. Spring-loaded conducting plate is attached to sleeve via electrically insulating gasket, together with conducting ring forming normally open electric contact. Piezo-generator first output is connected to inductance coil first input through capacitor and this contact. Inductance coil second input is connected to piezo-generator second output through capacitor second output. Increases use of artillery mount muzzle energy. Enhances artillery projectile armor-piercing action.
EFFECT: increases artillery shell service and storage life.
