FIELD: measuring equipment; navigation.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to measurement equipment, navigation and is intended for determining the location and orientation of objects, including unmanned aerial vehicles, based on the use of an alternating rotating magnetic field. In the stationary part of the magnetometric navigation system, are additionally introduced series-connected information input device, a frequency-modulated signal generator and a switch, the output of which is connected to the third inductance coil, as well as a control unit, the first output of which is connected to the input of the harmonic signal source, and the second output is connected to the combined second inputs of the frequency-modulated signal generator and the switch. Output of the divider is connected to the third input of the switch, and the second output of the information input device is connected to the input of the control unit. Mobile part of the disclosed navigation system includes series-connected demodulator of a frequency-modulated signal and a unit for calculating geographic coordinates, the output of which is the output of the system. Second output of the adder is connected to the input of the demodulator of the frequency-modulated signal, and the second output of the unit for calculating local coordinates is connected to the second input of the unit for calculating geographic coordinates.

EFFECT: broader functional capabilities due to determination of geographical coordinates of a navigation object.
