FIELD: search and underwater exploration of mineral deposits.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to design of a submersible container with pneumatic adjustment for gravimetric devices performing underwater geophysical investigations. Pneumatically controlled sealed submersible container for underwater gravimetric research is made in the form of a housing hollow casing with a research instrument installed inside. Base of said casing is equipped with three interconnected and facing outside bottom mounting means, end support sections of which are equipped with pneumatic dimensionless cylinders in contact with mounting bottom surface. Air adjustment of cylinders in order to correct installation and centering is carried out due to air supply and/or bleeding by means of flexible connections, mutually connected to external control panel, to which air is automatically supplied by means of compressor plant.
EFFECT: providing high reliability of centering for the possibility of high-quality geophysical investigations of the sea bottom.
