FIELD: biotechnology.

SUBSTANCE: in the disclosed method, fungistatic lipopeptides are obtained from the culture fluid of the Bacillus subtilis strain by concentrating on the producer cells, followed by separation into a precipitate and a supernatant, drying and obtaining the end product, according to the invention, the Bacillus subtilis Krd-20 VKM B-3516D strain is used, which is a producer of fungistatic lipopeptides of surfactin and fengicin, and subjected to submerged cultivation, including cultivation of pure culture of strain B. subtilis Krd-20 VKM B-3516D on dense nutrient medium potato-glucose agar in thermostat at 30 °C for 24 hours, then placing the daily culture in a liquid nutrient medium of the following composition, g/l: beet molasses – 20, yeast extract – 2, magnesium sulphate – 0.3, dibasic potassium phosphate – 0.5, flasks are installed in an orbital thermal shaker while stirring 180 rpm at temperature of 28 °C and cultured for two days to the number of viable microorganisms 109 CFU/ml, wherein separation into sediment and supernatant is carried out by centrifugation at rate of 8,000 rpm for 5 minutes, and into the supernatant liquid is added in ratio of 4:1 a thermoprotector obtained on the basis of pea starch, which is mixed with water in ratio of 1:5, gelatinized at temperature of 80-85 °C until complete dissolution, further, the obtained mixture is subjected to spray drying by an air flow created by a peristaltic pump with a flow rate of 25 rpm and coming from a nozzle of a sprayer with diameter of 2 mm, at spraying pressure – 0.22 MPa.

EFFECT: invention provides a higher percentage of fungistatic activity of the dried form of lipopeptides in relation to phytopathogenic complexes.
