The essence is a method for obtaining the total fraction of lipopeptides of bacteria Bacillus subtilis MG-8 RNCIM B-12476, which consists in taking mannitol 26.2 g/l, soy flour 21.9 g/l, NaNO3 3.1 g/l, MnSO4 x 4H2O 0.2 g/l at pH 7.5, autoclaved at 121°C and 1 atm, while creating a nutrient medium; next, the culture of B. subtilis MG-8 RNCIM B-12476 is seeded on the nutrient medium, with a 2% concentration of strain cells in the nutrient medium; next, strain cells are cultured in a thermostat-shaker at a temperature from + 37°C to + 42°C and a swing intensity of 200 rpm for 96 hours, the biomass of cells of the strain-producer of bacteria B. subtilis MG-8 RNCIM B-12476 is obtained; then the cells of the strain B. subtilis MG-8 RNCIM B-12476 are removed from the obtained cell biomass, a cell-free culture fluid is obtained; then the target product of lipopeptides is isolated from the cell-free culture fluid by acid deposition; next, drying and sterilization of the total fraction of lipopeptides of bacteria Bacillus subtilis MG-8 RNCIM B-12476 is performed; then the packaging of the target product and storage of the resulting dry fraction of lipopeptides are performed before its intended use. A method for using the total fraction of lipopeptides of bacteria Bacillus subtilis MG-8 RNCIM B-12476 according to point 1 as a prophylactic against diseases of farm birds, consisting in the fact that the dried total fraction of lipopeptides of bacteria Bacillus subtilis MG-8 RNCIM B-12476 is introduced into a complete compound feed in an amount of 10 to 50 mg per 1 kg feed, depending on the age of farm birds during the fattening period, is mixed, and birds are fed.

EFFECT: invention can be used in biotechnologies for the production of biological products for use in agriculture for the prevention of bird diseases, which is especially important when birds are kept crowded at poultry farms.
