FIELD: cosmonautics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to technologies for creation of universal space platforms (USP) as a basis for small spacecrafts (SC) for various purposes (micro and nanosatellites). Proposed assembly complex of SC consists of transportation trolley (1), cargo robot (2), robot-operator (3), working table (4) with bases (5), workstation (6) for main assembly and post (7). Fixtures and base platforms arranged on table (4) serve for assembly of panels -Z (13), +Y (14) and -Y (15) of the spacecraft. In the cassette (also on the table) panels +X (16), +Z (17) of the spacecraft and boards are stored. Technological process is carried out at the sections of preparation and assembly according to the scheme of the fixture assembly on the basis of mechanical assembly using screw fasteners. Assembly units and tooling are completed at preparation section.
EFFECT: shorter time for assembling the USP and the entire spacecraft.
