FIELD: manufacture of aircraft. SUBSTANCE: device consists of columns, framework retainers 1 and cutters 5; cutter 5 and retainer 1 of framework are mounted on common screw 3 fitted in housing 10. Holding-down force is closed to attachment unit of framework through structure of unit and cutter, thus excluding deforming moments for framework, outfit and unit. Screw 3 with retainer 1 of framework, cutter 5 and housing 10 are set in motion with the aid of one nut 6. EFFECT: enhanced accuracy of assembly due to avoidance of deformation of framework of unit and assembly outfit; reduced consumption of labour required for assembly jobs through improved conditions of assembly and removal of unit. 10 dwg
