FIELD: cosmonautics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to space engineering, and more specifically to automated assembly of universal space platforms. In order to assemble spacecrafts, appliances with components in the form of on-board equipment, panels and boards are delivered to the work table on an automatic transport trolley. Unloading is performed by means of a cargo robot. Robot operator is used to sequentially secure on-board equipment on panels. Further, the general assembly of the apparatus is carried out at the assembly workstation with the help of a cargo robot and a robot-operator. As a result, the general assembly of the spacecraft body is transferred to the transport trolley.
EFFECT: faster assembly of the entire spacecraft.
