SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of oil and gas production, in particular to production of electric power at the depth of more than 1000 m due to the flow of flushing liquid and for treatment of bottomhole zones of the well with ultrasound, ultrahigh electromagnetic radiation, thermal radiation. Flow downhole generator consists of screw gerotor mechanism with internal spatial engagement, including housing with flushing openings, rotor of screw gerotor mechanism and a stator of a helical gerotor mechanism with cycloidal profiles of teeth, a dock in the form of a cylindrical housing, in which a transmission shaft, a support bearing and two radial bearings with a set of chevron collars are located, compressing the transmission shaft, which is connected to the input shaft of the multiplier by means of a coupling, including a two-stage system of planetary gears with involute teeth, which increase the rotation speed of the input shaft of the three-phase synchronous electric generator 10:1 relative to the revolutions of the screw gerotor mechanism, and three-phase synchronous electric generator on permanent magnets with output contacts for connection of electrical devices, wherein multiplier output shaft is coupled with three-phase synchronous generator shaft by torque transfer coupling.
EFFECT: improving reliability, tightness, strength, efficiency and repairability at low weight and dimensions of the device.
