FIELD: power engineering.
SUBSTANCE: throughout the serviced territory, a uniformly distributed electrical network having a configuration of connected multilevel hexagons is arranged, at tops of which there are load nodes, to which electric energy is transmitted through power transmission lines and through distribution networks cables, as well as from alternative energy sources, and each load node has interchangeable supply, transit and standby lines, in addition, in each polygon, energy accumulators are installed, storage lines are connected, connecting load nodes with energy accumulators and realize two-way transfer of electric energy between nodes of distributed electric network, wherein control of two-way energy flows is carried out using a multi-level communication model, for which each node is equipped with an intelligent module for monitoring the state and control of electrical installations, and intelligent modules of nodes are connected to a communication network using a different physical medium for transmitting messages between modules, including a power network, intelligent modules of nodes transmit messages-requests for energy supply to electric receivers and messages-responses of energy sources, including energy storage units on readiness of energy supply, messages-requests and messages-responses contain various parameters and conditions of supply of electric energy, for example technical and economic, as well as identification numbers of electric receivers, nodes, consumers, numbering of distributed networks, other data, then transmission of electric energy between nodes of electric network is carried out according to network multi-level technology, similar to multi-level technology of information transfer, wherein each level has its own protocol, which determines the order of performing the functions of this level, at the same time network multilevel architecture of telecommunication networks and electric networks are combined into a single stack of protocols, which realize transfer of electric energy between sources and consumers.
EFFECT: improving energy efficiency and energy saving during transmission of electric energy from its sources to the consumer.
