SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in production of functional purpose jam. Disclosed is a method for producing jam from subtropic fruits, consisting of mixed and milled fruit raw materials, including kiwi, persimmon and feijoa, processed by means of physical action, wherein milled "Kodorsky" variety tangerine fruits and "Apsny" variety kiwi fruits are added, at that, as the physical effect, an extremely low frequency electromagnetic field is used in the "wave swing" mode at a frequency range of 10–100 Hz, with which crushed fruits of kiwi, persimmon, tangerine and feijoa are treated for 15 minutes, then boiling for 15 minutes to dry substances content in the sterilized jam, taken at a weight ratio of the initial recipe components, %: kiwi 40; persimmon 20; tangerine 20; feijoa 20.
EFFECT: invention enables to obtain a product with functional properties intended for consumption by people with endocrine and cardiovascular diseases, increase of its energy value and expansion of the range.
