FIELD: obtaining oil and gas from wells.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to oil and gas industry, in particular to devices for prevention of oil contamination of working site, operating equipment and surrounding territory of well during lifting of geophysical cable from well with the help of geophysical elevator. Disclosed is a wellhead scraper for cleaning a cable from contaminants, comprising a housing with a hole, made with possibility of radial displacement relative to the wellhead flange within the longitudinal slots, a cage, an elastic collar, two longitudinal slots made in the housing and located at angle of 180° in relation to each other. Housing is made of two halves forming a hole in the closed state along the joint planes of the housing with a width between the halves of the housing – a1 and a2. In each of the two halves of the housing there are corresponding semi-ring recesses. At that, semi-ring recesses of body halves are fitted from bottom to top: semi-ring elastic cups, semi-ring knives with cutting edges, semi-ring holders. Semi-ring holders fix semi-ring knives in corresponding halves of the body by means of locking screws. Inclination of cutting edges of semi-ring knives relative to their lower horizontal surface is 25°. Both halves of the housing are centred relative to the geophysical cable so that in the closed state along the joint planes the widths a1 and a2 are equal to each other by means of adjustment of screw pairs, which are screws, bushings, nuts. Screws are rigidly fixed on the upper end of one half of the housing, and the bushings are rigidly fixed on the upper end of the other half of the housing. From below, both halves of the housing are equipped with two longitudinal slots located at angle of 180° in relation to each other. Housing halves are rigidly fixed within longitudinal slots of both housing halves by means of a bolt joint on the wellhead flange.
EFFECT: high quality of cleaning the surface of the geophysical cable and high reliability of the device.
