SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the oil industry and is intended for draining liquid from a pipe string before lifting them from a well in order to protect the environment from pollution by well liquid. The drain valve for draining liquid from the pipe string contains a ball, a coupling with a hole, a fitting connected by a thread in the coupling hole with a hollow cylinder outlet with a side hole. A rod spring-loaded with a compression spring is installed in the hollow cylinder. A thread is made at the upper end of the rod, and the lower end of the rod is equipped with an outer annular protrusion, the rod is also equipped with an outer cylindrical recess and an annular groove. The outer annular groove is located on the rod below the outer cylindrical recess. An adjusting nut is screwed onto the thread of the rod, which compresses the compression spring from the upper end of the hollow cylinder when the outer annular protrusion of the rod interacts with the lower end of the hollow cylinder. The hollow cylinder below the side hole is equipped with an internal annular groove. A split spring ring is installed in the inner annular groove of the rod, in the initial position the side hole of the hollow cylinder is hermetically sealed by the rod, hydraulically separating the tubular and annulus spaces of the well, and in the working position, after the interaction of the ball with the upper end of the adjusting nut, the rod has the possibility of limited axial movement down until it hits split spring ring into the outer annular groove of the rod and fixing the rod from moving upward relative to the hollow cylinder. The outer cylindrical selection of the rod through the side hole of the hollow cylinder, the outlet and the fitting hydraulically communicate the tubular and annular spaces of the well.

EFFECT: increasing the reliability and efficiency of the valve, as well as eliminating the likelihood of device failure in operation.
