FIELD: household appliances.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to a carbonate-containing foaming agent for foaming polyurethane compositions. Foaming agent consists of powder based on preliminarily prepared eggshell with granulometric composition of 50–200 mcm and stearic acid.
EFFECT: invention provides expansion of raw materials for production of foamed polyurethanes, environmental safety of finished products, reducing the cost of the obtained materials while maintaining the physical and mechanical, operational and technological characteristics of the obtained composition and expanding the scope of their use, as well as increased competitiveness of products.
